GOALS & EFFECTS
· Functional Training

· Senso-motor Training
· Stabilisation Training

· Strength Training

· Flexibility Training
· Myo-fascial Training

For rehab, injury prevention, athletic training.
Easily adjustable intensity levels.
For enhanced sporting performance - from amateurs to top athletes (could be the most intense training you have ever experienced)

New training concept for the senso motor control for muscle slings
We present complex therapy methods, which normalise deficient neuronal processes in the human cybernetic system. By stabilising the motor control, a reduction of functional pain sensitivity in the locomotor system is achieved.
